- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 large flour tortillas
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, black beans, corn, and salsa. Mix well.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, then fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the burritos.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
