Baked Chicken Burritos

A delicious and simple recipe for baked chicken burritos that the entire family will enjoy.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, black beans, corn, and salsa. Mix well.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top, then fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Place the burritos seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the burritos.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and golden brown on top.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add spices like cumin or chili powder to the filling.
  • You can use any kind of cheese you prefer.
