Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the flour, salt, and chopped nuts to the mixture, stirring until combined.
  4. Form the dough into small balls and place them in the Air Fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 320°F for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool and then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
