Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. While the air fryer is heating, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, gently poke each egg with a pin to prevent cracking.
  4. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for jammy yolks.
  5. Carefully remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  6. Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
