Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved and the marinade is well mixed.
  3. Place pork chops in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  5. Remove from marinade, discard marinade, and cook pork chops as desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add herbs like rosemary or thyme to the marinade.
  • Make sure not to marinate too long, as the soy sauce can make the meat too salty.
